The site is a former wasteland in the heart of the city of Bordeaux. It has a exceptional view of the «Bassins à flot» and the Garonne. The industrial history of the site and the concept « volumes capables » introduced by the urban planner Youssef Tohme are the basics of this project: a combinaison of cumulative cells and large divisables surfaces.

The plot is between two scales: the scale of brazzaline with its softscape structure and the scale of the public facilities. This configuration has led us to create several layers: the activities, parking, housing and finally the houses on the roof.

The simple form of plan which is composed by three patios contrasting with a more complex elevation following the different scales of the nearby buildings. The appartments have a wide windows and private terraces. with the view of Brazza and the Garonne.
