On the outskirts of Agadir, Anza is facing failing residential development, coastal sprawl and industrial decay. Using a local treasure, the argan tree, we inflate economic growth, scientific research and social interaction throughout the local community.
Various forms of urban developments respond to local habits and spontaneous dynamics, creating Anza’s urban archipelago while an agronomic institute fosters research, education and awareness around water management and agricultural practices.
